Creating environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each and every day
Among the many choices you have for senior living in our area, Flower Mound is one where you can feel a real sense of community. We are smaller in size, providing personal attention and care for each resident and family member. We go beyond knowing a face or a name, we get to know everyone that walks through our doors just as we would our own family.
Whether you are a Boomer seeking the best for your mom, a senior interested in securing your own future care, or someone who enjoys the companionship and wisdom of elders—you have started in the right place. Our mission guides us in creating a senior services environment where elders are in charge of their lives. We support each individual’s choices and desires to be healthy, continue to grow, and experience elderhood to its fullest.
At Flower Mound, we believe in the power of staff, families, and elders working together to create a real sense of community: where they enjoy living and working every day. We invite you to visit Flower Mound Assisted Living to experience the joy and security we can help provide.

Our family believes it takes very special individuals to administer to the needs of the elderly. Our Mother has been a resident of the Flower Mound Assisted Living Facility for over 9 years and to say the least is very happy there. Fortunately, FMAL has been blessed with an abundance of very special individuals who tend to the needs of the elderly in a very caring and Christian manner. - Bob and Bert, family of Flower Mound Resident Gwen
FMAL is family! It's such a pleasure to visit and feel a part of the "family." The staff treats the residents with such gentleness and respect! After my first visit with then assistant director, Kim Geron, I knew that FMAL was the right place for my loved ones. Kim genuinely cares about the residents. The staff she chooses is a reflection of her understanding of the needs of her "family." What is my favorite part of living or having mom live at FMAL? For the first time since moving from the home she loved, it's so wonderful to hear how "at home" she feels in her "apartment!" There are so many happy pictures that come to mind when I think about our association with FMAL: hymn singing with the residents, visiting with "the family" during dinner, exercise time with Donna, the gentle support of the staff and the sparkling eyes of residents playing a beanbag softball game against a teen girl baseball team. -Joy, daughter of Flower Mound Resident Dorothy
