Financial Structure

At Flower Mound, one monthly fee covers the cost of your apartment, basic utilities, and the use of the community amenities and services. Additional services are available based on need or desire for an additional fee.

Upon move-in, there is a one-time non-refundable community fee of $1500.

Assisted Living services included in the monthly fee:

• Three meals served restaurant-style daily in the dining room

• 24-hour staffing, safety and security checks

• 24-hour response system

• Daily bed making during apartment safety checks

• Weekly housekeeping

• Weekly laundry services

• Licensed nurse on staff

• Cultural, educational and social Life Enrichment programs

• Routine apartment maintenance

• Basic utilities, including expanded basic cable tv service

• Monthly health checks

Additional services available:

• Assistance with bathing and dressing

• Medication management, monitoring, supervision, or assistance

• Assistance with personal laundry

• Select diabetic services

• Periodic nighttime checks

• Select diets such as vegetarian, low-salt or mechanical soft

• Safety and security checks

• Meal time reminders

• Coordination with health care providers

• Additional housekeeping

• Local transportation

• Continence Programming
