Kimberly has lived in Texas all of her life and in Flower Mound for the past 27 years. Nicknamed the "Texas Belle," she believes that a smile is contagious. If she is not shopping or gardening, she enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and her three wonderful children Sean, Brittany, and Taylor.
Kimberly has always had a heart for older adults. She started working with elders in 1996, where she served as personal caregiver for two aging family members in her home. Kimberly is familiar with the struggle that many families face by being the primary caregiver for aging adults. Years later, when she had to make a decision regarding the care of her grandparents, she decided that her loved ones could not have the best quality of life in a home care situation and began to look for assisted livings in the area. After a while, Kimberly and her family decided that Flower Mound Assisted Living was the best place for her loved ones. During that time Kimberly was offered a position as a Life Enrichment Director, shortly after she was promoted to Assistant Administrator, and then finally in 2009, she became Flower Mound Assisted Living’s Administrator.
It is Kimberly’s personal belief that life should be full of moments where wonderful memories are made. Kimberly is an essential part of our mission at Flower Mound Assisted Living: creating environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each and every day.
