Diabetic Support Group
Meets the first Wednesday of each month at 10:30 AM in the Flower Mound Assisted Living Activity Room.
This support group was created for people who suffer from diabetes, both directly and indirectly. By meeting with others suffering from a similar illness, attendees can feel like a part of a group that understands their experiences firsthand. Also group members will be able to share tips and advice with one another for making living with diabetes easier.
Seasons of Life Support Group
Meets the last Tuesday of each month at 11:00 AM in the Flower Mound Assisted Living Activity Room.
This is a support group for seniors and their family members who are experiencing a change in life. A move from a home, losing the privilege to drive, financing in the later years, and the changing family dynamic are just a few topics that this group will be discussing. By sharing experiences, group members can feel like a part of a community and gain a greater sense of value and power from this feeling of belonging.
